I run a weekly Kettlebell class every Thursday 9.15am – 10.15am at Timsbury YMCA. Kettlebell classes are a fabulous combination of aerobic and resistance exercise, that help get and keep your heart and lungs functioning well, whilst also enabling you to build and keep strong muscles and bones.

Everyone is welcome to the class, which can be tailored to a wide range of abilities.
Parents of pre-schoolers are welcome to bring their children with them.
The class costs £5 and there is a loyalty scheme available. If you bring a friend both you and the friend pay only £2.50 for their first session. I hope to see you there!
